Here are my ideas of the complete renovation of your apartment.
The property is quite large and spacious, so I came up with 2 possible different variants to give you more choices.
Both of them have the following environments:
• double master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom;
• 2 bedrooms for children;
• 1 bathroom for children, which can be used in common;
• 1 bedroom for the domestic helper;
• 1 guest bathroom;
• 1 laundry room;
• spacious living room and kitchen.
The terrace can be covered with a glass structure to be used partly as a laundry (V1) or completely as a master bedroom (V2).
Gorgeous sea views can be seen from the living-dining room and kitchen in V1. In V2 + from the master bedroom as well.
