Description

Hello dear client!
The project was finished and I want to quickly present it to you. All the decisions and design elements were made to fit your taste, be practical and not pricey.
So let’s start.
The house is divided into two parts, one is roof part and another is terrace. Roof is single slope and oriented to the South, the side for solar panels (in other case won’t work). For better silhouette, The end of the slope of the roof was changed in the other direction.
Exterior walls are made from the sandstone for a “farmhouse” look a you wanted. Brown roof plays well together with walls, while dark grey windows and white pillars work as a beautiful accent. French windows at the front facade make the rooms much lighter and comfortable to live. Also it makes the front of the house look very clean and neat. First thing you can see as entering the house is porch. If you want, you can easily remove it (there is a version without porch in the dwg file attached), but it makes the whole house look more solid, space defining and interesting to look and live in. After entering the house, you are in the living-dining area. There is a corner fireplace as you wished, and two sofas. From the dining area you can get to the separate kitchen which has a bar table where you can have some conversations while cooking. Moving next in the corridor, you can see a beautiful entrance to the laboratory room. It is a glass gallery which in the same time makes the corridor lighter, more spacious and works as a accent of the laboratory. There is a spiral staircase on the first floor, where there can be a door in the roof. If want to have an attic, the door can be placed on the right side of the terrace entrance – it depends on your choice. Due to conceptual characteristics, the glass construction on the terrace floor can’t be avoided. Nevertheless, it looks even better with it. On the terrace floor there is enough space to cook some dishes, have a rest, and to have a dinner. Moving back to the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each of them fits two people. One of them has a separate bathroom, and there is a bathroom in the corridor. They are situated close to each other, so plumbing would be quick and easy.
That is all you need to know about my design. Explore the files I’ve attached for better understanding of the idea
Hope you’ll like it
