Per la realizzazione del progetto della villa si è pensato di creare un design country contemporaneo. La villa sarà in parte coperta dal tetto e il resto fungerà da terrazzo fruibile. La disposizione è studiata in modo che l'appartamento e il laboratorio di produzione delle lampade siano accessibili dall'ingresso principale della proprietà. I clienti possono venire in laboratorio per vedere i prodotti in esposizione senza compromettere la privacy degli altri membri della famiglia. L'ingresso all'appartamento avrà 2 accessi, uno per la famiglia con portone principale sul parcheggio del garage, e il secondo sarà direttamente sulla veranda per entrare nel soggiorno. La pia sarà divisa in zone giorno e notte. La zona giorno avrà un soggiorno con zona lounge e zona pranzo. La zona lounge avrà un divano orientato verso il camino e la parete tv. Una cucina con isola farà parte della zona giorno ma separata dal soggiorno con ante scorrevoli che si possono aprire o chiudere a seconda delle necessità. Lo spazio della giornata sarà orientato da sud e da est che svilupperà l'intera veranda. La zona notte avrà 3 camere da letto. Una camera matrimoniale con bagno dedicato e due camere da letto con 2 letti ciascuna. Il secondo bagno servirà il soggiorno e le altre camere da letto. L'accesso alla terrazza sarà effettuato dal laboratorio di produzione e sarà un'area di relax in presenza di familiari e amici. Il comignolo della canna fumaria verrà scalato per creare una canna fumaria e sul terrazzo per illuminare e utilizzare il terrazzo e durante i mesi più freddi dell'anno. Catia è progettata per avere una superficie ottimale per il montaggio dei pannelli solari.
