my first gopillar experience....

Briefing

ITALIANO:
Siamo ai nastri di partenza per la costruzione della nostra casa. Abbiamo già il progetto definitivo ma siamo interessati ad arricchirlo con idee furbe. Si tratta delle prima esperienza con GoPillar, vorremo quindi partire con un contest molto semplice per valutare cosa potrà uscire.
Vogliamo per ora concentrarci su una porzione della zona giorno al piano terra, ed in particolare sulle scelte che potrebbero comportare varianti al progetto (per non doverci pentire a posteriori). La villetta da arredare è quella a sud, visibile a sinistra del DWG allegato.

Sul progetto abbiamo 3 gradi di libertà su cui è possibile giocare:
A) posizione della porta d'ingresso in sala, che può essere invertita rispetto la porta-finestra nel caso sia conveniente ai fini dell'arredamento
B) posizione della parete/porta scorrevole divisoria della cucina rispetto la sala (su cui avremmo l'idea di fare una porta scorrevole per creare un unico ambiente tra sala e cucina). Se serve la cucina può essere quindi stretta o allargata secondo le esigenze
C) (eventualmente) dimensione / necessità della finestra in cucina

Relativi alla zona giorno del piano terra, come focus principale abbiamo:
1) arredamento della cucina (sarà una casa no-gas, quindi sicuramente con piano a induzione)
2) arredamento della sala (con particolare riferimento alle soluzioni per la scala)

Gli atri aspetti che stiamo guardando sono:
3) come/dove posizionare il pedonale e cancello di accesso alla proprietà
4) come dove posizionare una tettoia coperta per 2 auto all'interno della proprietà

Siamo una coppia giovane con una figlia di 6 anni. La casa tenderà ad uno stile moderno (senza esagerare..)
A differenza dei prospetti che troverete, ciò che è stato rappresentato con un pergolato sarà una in realtà un porticato e tettoia (come mostrato nelle simulazioni allegate)

We are ready to begin the construction of our brand new house. We already have the final design but we are interested in enriching it with clever ideas. This is our first experience with GoPillar, so we'd like to start with a very simple contest to see what we can come up with.
For now, we want to focus on a portion of the living area on the ground floor, and in particular on the choices that could involve changes to the project. The house to be furnished is the one to the south, visible on the left of the attached DWG.

On the project we have 3 degrees of freedom on which we can play:
A) position of the entrance door in the living room, which can be inverted with respect to the French door if it is convenient for furnishing purposes
B) position of the dividing sliding wall/door of the kitchen with respect to the living room (on which we have the idea of making a sliding door to create a single environment between the living room and kitchen). If needed the kitchen can then be narrowed or widened as needed
C) (eventually) size/need of the window in the kitchen

Related to the ground floor living area, as the main focus we have:
1) furnishing of the kitchen (it will be a no-gas house, so definitely with induction hob)
2) furnishing of the room (with particular reference to solutions for the staircase)

The other aspects we are looking at are:
3) how/where to place the pedestrian and gate access to the property
4) how to place a covered carport for 2 cars inside the property.

We are a young couple with a 6-year-old daughter. The house will tend to a modern style (without exaggeration..)
Unlike the elevations you will find, what has been represented as a pergola will actually be a porch and carport (as shown in the attached simulations).
