I´m very excited to present our proposal for your house.
We saw the wonderful views of the site, all the vegetation, and the surroundings look very beautiful.
From this point, we began to locate the house spaces.
In the first place, we made three separate volumes, each one containing two main spaces, this will help you to
separate the private live form the bedrooms from the public space in the kitchen and the living room.
All the house is planned in one level and has a total of 122m2.
As you will notice in the Site Plan of our proposal we located the tree volumes looking to the north-east
thinking we can use the slope in the terrain to have the best views for all the spaces.
the volumes have openings to both sides creating very illuminated spaces inside.
The Materials
- We are thinking in a concrete base, to separate the building from the ground.
- Then we propose a metallic and very light steel structure.

We didn´t use interior renderings because we thought your example image does a great job, we are specifying materials that go
with these examples and the distribution of the spaces is really similar so we think your examples are similar to our interior proposal.
