The project presented below is designed to solve the 18 objectives and challenges that I was able to extract from its precise description and from the project chat conversations, these challenges are:

1 - Eliminate the staircase to the terrace
2 - Make a protective roof in the main access
3 - Create a brick partition on the terrace and create more privacy allowing the use of this space as an open living room
4 - Demolish the wall that hides the staircase in the hall
5 - Modify the start of the staircase
6 - Cover the wall of the staircase to homogenize the space
7 - Create invisible closet under the stairs for coats
8 - Replace the current stove with a pellet and hide the upper part with a straight wall
9 - Reorganize the room (less dispersed)
10 - Enlarge bathroom
11 - Move the bathroom window
12 - Create a new laundry space
13 - Rearrange the new bathroom
14 - Move the bathroom door to the same level as the wall
15 - Place sliding window in in the kitchen
16 - Cover some walls with artificial brick
17 - Increase lighting, modify false ceiling

As a result, I projected two variants where these proposals are solved. I hope that you like it!
