Thank you for the opportunity to design your beautiful house. I proposed two alternative designs. Both design has open plan layout concept to integrate living, dining, and kitchen. The terrace can be accessed through the glass doors from living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom. I changed window in living room become a door. I also changed door in the existing kid`s bedroom become window in master bathroom. The difference between alternative 1 and 2 design is the position of the kid's bedroom and studio. Alternative 2 design has 3 bathrooms while in alternative 1 only has 2 bathrooms. I also proposed insulation for sound proof in the wall to avoid noise from neighbors.
