A solution that seeks to reflect the brief requirements. Given that one could check the feasibility of moving the entrance to the space on the left, which would be perfect, subject to a request to the condominium, the idea was to take advantage of the ample square footage available to create comfortable and airy spaces. One enters the living area, with dining and conversation together, while the kitchen is on the far corner, spacious and with ample storage space in the absence of a pantry. The living area continues outside, protected from view by planters with eleagnus hedges, which create shady and refreshing areas. The area to the lower right is dedicated to the toilet and laundry facilities. The sleeping area, on the other hand, is divided into a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, with a very scenic composition, a storage room, an area with wardrobes outside the rooms, and a spacious and full of contenitive space study/guest room.

In order to have light throughout the day in the conversation area, one could think of inverting the living room with the kitchen: the latter, however, would be smaller (but one could transform the "reading nook" into a pantry) and immediately visible at the entrance. Una soluzione che cerca di rispecchiare le richieste del brief. Posto che si potrebbe verificare la fattibilità di spostare l'ingresso sullo spazio a sinistra, che sarebbe perfetto, previa richiesta al condominio, si è pensato di sfruttare l'ampia metratura a disposizione per creare spazi comodi e ariosi. Si entra nella zona giorno, con pranzo e conversazione insieme, mentre la cucina è sull'angolo in fondo, spaziosa e con ampi spazi contenitivi in mancanza di una dispensa. L'area giorno continua all'esterno, protetta alla vista da fioriere con siepi di eleagnus, che creano zone d'ombra e rinfrescano. L'area in basso a destra è dedicata ai servizi igienici e alla lavanderia. La zona notte, invece, si divide in una camera matrimoniale dotata di cabina armadio, con una composizione molto scenografica, ripostiglio, zona con armadiature esterne alle stanze e uno studio/camera per ospiti contenitiva e ampia.

Per avere luce durante tutto il giorno nella zona conversazione, si potrebbe pensare di invertire il soggiorno con la cucina: quest'ultima, però, sarebbe più piccola (ma si potrebbe trasformare il "reading nook" in una dispensa) e subito visibile all'ingresso.
