My Bed and Breakfast

The aims
followed for the conversion of this apartment in a young and fresh student’s house, as required by the client, are
simplicity, economy and neutrality. The desire to have four rooms and an additional wc are respected. Each room
has a featured and colored wall and white furniture that reinforce the
importance of the colored wall. This choice was made to give the student the possibility
to customize the rest of the room according to their needs and tastes. The
renders show a typical configuration of a room of any student: books, blankets,
pillows, rugs, pictures or photos on the walls customize and make unique every
room. About the
floors of the rooms, the choice was to keep the existing floor due to its good
condition. We only recommend a maintenance at the end of the works. In the
corridor instead the parquet must be removed to allow the passage of the pipes,
but at the end of the works may be repositioned taking into account that the
part in surplus of the new bath (with new tiles) may be used for any breaks in
the removal. The second
bathroom has been designed following the instructions of the client. In order
to be able to put the essential services, the shower was placed against the
wall of the window for which is to provide a frosted glass. In addition, the
models of the sink and toilet were chosen from those less bulky in the economy
segment.
