My proposal is not to make a radical change to the flat’s structure to
mantein the existing floor (it looks good in the pictures) and to not increase
the costs of renovation. I divided the livingroom in two parts to have two double rooms and two
single rooms at the and of the corridor.
My interior project used only Ikea furnitures, with a particolar care
for design and cheap price, but it also want to create a new, fresh and
young ambient. The single rooms are decorated with contemporary objects in the grey
scale colours and red, instead of the double rooms, wich are dominated by hot
colours, like red, yellow and green. About the single rooms, I presented two kind of interiors, more or
less the same aspect but the second single room is cheaper than the first one. Little accessories are not included in the costs’estimate, that just
includes furnitures, illumination and wall painting. In the new little bathroom I insered a sink, a shower (without box,
not enough space), and a wc dotated of a pump system (tritatutto, like
Sanitrit) to connect it better with the existing tubes. For conditioning it
could be used an electric termoconvettore (ex: De Longhi) becouse it’s a very
little room. The bathroom’s extimate of costs (that I uploaded with the
pictures)is approximate becouse of less informations given by the contest.
