Hi and
thank you for the opportunity, the goal of this proposal is to create a fresh
and young ambient without spend a big amount of money and try to create more
room as possible obviously with the right spaces in order to create a
profitable business. So first I avoid to move the second bath so far because to
create a bath there you need to remove the wooden floor and the expanses to do
this kind of job ( if is it possible) are very high! I divide the big bath in
to small but functional baths. I increase the last room incorporating the
corridor, in this way I create the right space for two small room single
bedroom. Other interesting in my opinion solution it to incorporate the kitchen
with the corridor in order to increase the common space and don't waste the corridor
space.
