Dear Client,
First of all, we thank you for allowing us to participate in this interesting challenge. Our proposal takes into account your needs and wishes expressed according to the following concepts:
- The separation of the apartment into 2 zones: day zone and night zone.
- The day area designed as an open space with direct communication with the terraces with a reading area.
- The night area houses the bedrooms which are positioned on the SOUTH facade to benefit from the natural sunshine.
