Thank you for designing this contest. I have designed two alternatives and have also included suggestions for flooring, walls and some furniture:
In this first alternative, the location of the kitchen has been changed and placed along the living room. In this case, it has more space and is designed in an open manner in combination with the reception area. The bedroom is placed in the place of the current kitchen with a little wall change. The location of the new kitchen is not far from the current kitchen so that you don't have problems with plumbing.
In the second alternative, no destruction was done in the walls and only one wall was added to place the bedroom next to the living room. In this case, all spaces are preserved.
