Project description

Dear client,
The goal of this project was to create a chalet-inspired concept store for mountain furnishings and supplies. Wood, stone, and iron are chosen to harmonize with the existing wooden column and ceiling, reinforcing the authentic chalet character of the space.

The project explores multiple design possibilities through rendered images, offering various decorative solutions: from a traditional chalet-style kitchen to a more contemporary wooden version, alternative arrangements of display cabinets in the shop and different entrance options for the Turkish bath (sliding doors or Moorish style arched entry). These variations demonstrate the flexibility and potential of the space, allowing you to visualize different atmospheres before making final decisions.

The project envisions the showroom as a welcoming open-space living room with a warm wooden kitchen and island, blending the comfort of a chalet interior with the elegance of a curated retail space. At its heart lies a striking Turkish bath, designed as a true centerpiece and immersive experience for visitors. The existing bathroom is reimagined with wood and stone finishes to evoke a spa-like retreat, while the shop unfolds around three arched display windows that provide natural light for corridor. While the wooden ceiling structure remains exposed to highlight its authenticity, in the Turkish bath and bathroom areas a dropped ceiling is introduced, allowing for refined lighting effects.
A corridor lined with arched openings not only connects the spaces but also transforms into a gallery wall, where decorative pictures enhance the alpine-inspired atmosphere and invite exploration.

I wish you good luck with your project!
Best regards!
