Mountain Furniture Shop / Apartment as Chalet

Interior gallery of chalet style cabin. To emphasize the chalet impression we use wooden floor and stone clad finishing combination, applied in almost all part of the gallery. From the entrance we make a foyer like space surrounded by stone clad wall with furnishing like bench, coat hook hanger on the wall, foyer cabinet and wall decoration. Through the foyer via decorative arch that using existing wooden column by duplicate it to form the arch, then you will welcomed by the Turkish bath space, from there you can go left to the kitchen and living room or go right to the Christmas village shop and full bathroom with tub through internal corridor.
The foyer we made aligned from the main entrance to the column arch and the turkish bath inline and form an axis.
To the christmas village shop we give two options, option one the shop entry with door and the other the shop entry only with arch without door, the owner can choose whether the space to be more versatile. The entrance made between 2 arch opening with grill. The shop interior also using stone clad wall finish and wooden flooring.
If we going in to the bathroom we can see that the existing internal wall and door had taken out, to accomodate the space for laundry on one side of the room and then the full bathroom function on the other side.
For the living room space and kitchen we made the main show of chalet style cabin interior more obvious, by using the existing arch window as the main source of natural light we define the concept of living room in a chalet by furnishing layout, antler chandellier, and the focal point in the room the stone fireplace. The kitchen comprise of counter, wall cabinet, and island table, wooden finish with boiserie style with table top from polished white stone marble like statuario.

All the additional architectural element in tune with the existing ceiling that made from timber and wooden arch, with the emphasis on the indirect light from led that illuminate the existing ceiling so the impression of chalet style interior can be achieved naturally.
