This design proposal presents several layout alternatives developed based on optimal comfort and efficient zoning according to spatial requirements. Each alternative is carefully arranged to ensure a balanced relationship between private and shared areas, creating a comfortable and functional living environment.

All design options provide open views and balconies that function as family social spaces, encouraging daily interaction and relaxation. The master bedroom is designed with a private balcony, enhancing comfort and privacy while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoor environment.

Every bathroom is designed to receive natural sunlight, improving ventilation and creating a healthier, more pleasant atmosphere. The workspace is also positioned to gain direct natural light, supporting productivity and visual comfort throughout the day.

Circulation is designed to be smooth and intuitive, with easy access toward the family and communal areas, allowing seamless movement within the residence. The selection of wall and floor materials emphasizes soft, warm, and subtle textures, creating a calm atmosphere that supports everyday social activities and enhances the overall mood of the space.
