Se propone renovar la propiedad siguiendo un estilo actual y sofisticado. Se plantea trasladar la cocina de donde está actualmente para aprovechar la terraza y los desagües del baño 1. Se genera un espacio abierto integrando la cocina, el comedor y la sala, y generando espacio suficiente para adecuar cuatro dormitorios según los requerimientos del cliente.
La cocina de inducción y todas las tecnologías modernas de cocina se plantea con la última tecnología, espacio para nevera y lavadora, con una isla integrando el lavaplatos, la mesa de comedor y cinco sillas dispuestas cómodamente.
La sala tiene un sofá que hace del espacio un lugar muy agradable y al frente un gran librero y un gabinete de televisión, también una poltrona de un diseño sofisticado, y como diseño interior se propone lámparas de piso en los diferentes espacios que hacen los lugares más cálidos.
Quisiera aclarar que se tomó la decisión de no hacer la cocina donde estaba el dormitorio 1 por la necesidad de generar espacio para 4 dormitorios en consideración de la familia de 2 adultos + 2 niños.
Se propone adecuar tres cómodos baños, dos de los cuales son principales (uno de los baños con bañera, y los otros dos con amplias duchas.
El acceso en donde se encuentra actualmente la cocina se tiene en cuenta para hacer un área de estar para los dormitorios con un sofá, un librero y un gabinete de televisión.
En las habitaciones se propone closets y escritorios con sillas bien dispuestos.
Se tiene en cuenta la atención a los detalles del proyecto y cómo hacer el menor impacto estructural demoliendo y construyendo lo mínimo posible y por ende el menor impacto económico.
La casa también se diseña con miras a la domótica, por lo que se encuentra un espacio para organizar la parte "inteligente" de la casa (centro estrella) y por razones de conexión al sistema de condominios existente, este está cerca de la salida del ascensor.

It is proposed to renovate the property following a modern and sophisticated style. It is proposed to move the kitchen from where it currently is to take advantage of the terrace and the drains in bathroom 1. An open space is generated by integrating the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, and generating enough space to adapt four bedrooms according to the client's requirements.
The induction cooker and all modern kitchen technologies are designed with the latest technology, space for a fridge and a washing machine, with an island integrating the dishwasher, the dining table and five comfortably arranged chairs.
The living room has a sofa that makes the space a very pleasant place and in front a large bookcase and a television cabinet, also an armchair with a sophisticated design, and as an interior design, floor lamps are proposed in the different spaces that make the places warmer.
I would like to clarify that the decision was made not to make the kitchen where bedroom 1 was due to the need to generate space for 4 bedrooms in consideration of the family of 2 adults + 2 children.
It is proposed to adapt three comfortable bathrooms, two of which are main (one of the bathrooms with a bathtub, and the other two with large showers.
The access where the kitchen is currently located is taken into account to make a living area for the bedrooms with a sofa, a bookcase and a television cabinet.
Closets and desks with well-arranged chairs are proposed in the rooms.
Attention to the details of the project and how to make the least structural impact by demolishing and building the minimum possible and therefore the least economic impact is taken into account.
The house is also designed with a view to home automation, so there is a space to organize the "smart" part of the house (star center) and for reasons of connection to the existing condominium system, this is near the exit of the elevator.
