Dear Client, we find your project very inspirative so we gave you two layouts. We think that there is even more variations that may suite you, but because of the timeline, we provided you with these two solutions. We hope that we have provided what your daughter and her family needed. In both schemes, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet, spacious kitchen and dining in open space area, alongside with livingroom. We tried to provide you with lot of closets, as many as it was possible... You may notise, that in second proposal we even added a separate closet with washing maschin(es)...wich we find very useful! We tried also to maintain current vertical instalations for water discharge, so every other intervention would consider only "horizontal" instalation changes. Hope you will like our sugestions.
