Dear Client, Thank you for this great competition, I will explain several things about the design that I submitted.
Based on your floor plan, we changed the entrance location to reduce unused space.
Right after the entrance, we have included a small space for changing clothes and shoe holder.
The bathrooms is in the original positions to avoid changes in main drains. And access to the bathroom through the bedroom with a sliding door.
Given the big highness of the ceiling it is convenient to create in whole the apartment a false ceiling at a highness of 2.70 and 2.80 meters to render the aspect of rooms nicer, facilitate the passage of the new installations, save in expenses of heating and air conditioning and isolate from noise of upper apartment.
For kitchenware, books, and clothes, there are many shelves and closets designed to fit in.
