The project presented below is developed to solve the 15 objectives and challenges that I was able to extract from your precise description and from the chat conversations, these challenges are:
1 - Functioning of the space as a long vacation home and offering the possibility of working remotely.
2 - Design of two double rooms for two adults and a young person.
3 - Design of a space / study that offers the possibility of working remotely.
4 - Incorporation of existing furniture: bed, dresser, closet.
5 - Spacious living room located to the south, overlooking the main garden.
6 - Incorporation of the sofa and other existing furniture in the living room.
7 - Design of a small bathroom with a bidet and a large shower.
8 - Enhance the south terrace / garden to make better use of this space and the Sun.
9 - Design of the secondary access from the garden.
10 - Reuse of existing stoves in the house.
11 - Small kitchen totally or partially separated from the rest of the space.
12 - The space should enhance the family atmosphere, reading, remote work.
13 - Heating of the spaces independently.
14 - Use of LED and indirect lighting, with alternatives of color and intensity.
15 - Use of the balcony by the main room. As a result, I projected three variants where these design challenges are solved. I hope that you like it.
