THE PROJECT: “ MOLLIERES HOME” , CONSISTS OF TWO BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM, A LIVING AREA AND A KITCHEN.
THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE SPACES OBEYS THE INTEGRATION OF THE SPACES TO THE TWO EXISTING TERRACES. SO, THE LIVING AND KITCHEN ON THE SIDE OF THE LARGEST TERRACE, TO INTEGRATE THE ACTIVITIES OF BOTH SPACES, AND THE BEDROOMS AT THE OTHER END, INTEGRATED TO THE SMALLER TERRACE.
IT WAS ATTEMPTED TO USE ALL THE FURNITURE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS (BED, NIGHT TABLES, WARDROBE, SOFAS AND COMFORTABLE) SO THAT ON THE FLOOR PLAN THEY ARE REPRESENTED WITH THE MEASURES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
THE FINISHES ARE ALL RUSTIC KEEPING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A MOUNTAIN HOUSE, THAT IS NATURAL MATERIALS: STONE, WOOD, ETC.
THE TWO ACCESS ARE MAINTAINED, INDICATED IN PLANS BY THE CLIENT.
IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE WE HAVE A WARDROBE FOR COATS; IN THE LIVING ROOM WE HAVE A SOFA, TWO ARMCHAIRS, A COFFEE TABLE, AND A LARGE TELEVISION, A ROUND TABLE FOR FOUR PEOPLE, AND THE FIREPLACE AS A FOCAL POINT.
BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND THE LIVING ROOM WE HAVE A MID-HEIGHT WOODEN WALL (H = 1.20). IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, WE HAVE THE BED WITH THE MEASURES THAT THE CLIENT PROVIDED, THE TWO NIGHT TABLES, THE CLOSET, A SMALL DESK AND A DRESSING TABLE. THIS BEDROOM HAS EXIT TO THE SMALL TERRACE
IN THE OTHER BEDROOM, WE HAVE A LARGE BED, A NIGHT TABLE, A CLOSET, A SMALL DESK, AND AS A FOCAL POINT A FIREPLACE. THIS BEDROOM HAS EXIT TO THE BALCONY.
