Description

The proposal aims to develop a cozy and familiar vacation home, but also a comfortable one and with the facilities to carry out smart working.
Each room was designed studiously according to requirements, existing furnishing and best spatial solution.
The bathroom was strategically located in the central area of the property, where the pillars are located, in order to keep the main spaces free of structural elements.
The requirement of placing the living room facing south orientation and the main garden was considered a priority, so this decision led to the location proposed for both bedrooms.
The kitchen was situated in relation to this main space, taking advantage of its proximity to the entrance. The proposal includes a separation between the kitchen and the dining room, consisting of wood and traslucent glass sliding panels.
We suggest that the main bedroom is located on the front of the property taking advantage of the best views.
The plan incorporates two working spots, one in the entrance hall and another one in one of the bedrooms.
All existing pieces of furniture indicated by the client were considered and placed in the current proposal.
