Modernisation of Bathrooms and Bedrooms & Minor Renovaiton

Our project proposes a renovation of the rooms, including bathroom modifications, designed to feature a comfortable shower, toilet, and sink with a large countertop. Each room will have the option of a different configuration depending on your needs: double with a double bed, double with two single beds, or single with a queen-size bed.
The entrance to each room will be furnished with a custom-made walk-in closet to hold clothes, shoes, suitcases, a safe, and a minibar.
The design will be youthful and fresh, with neutral colors and a few brighter touches to personalize the bathrooms (flooring, wall coverings) and the bedrooms (furniture and decor).

To obtain 29 rooms, as indicated in the Q&A section of the platform (there are currently 27), we will utilize a storage space on the ground floor, moving the pantry to the basement, and downsize the current kitchen, creating a smaller kitchenette with a hideaway kitchen and a small breakfast area.
