The proposed design is based on a modular, flexible and cost-efficient system, conceived to deliver maximum visual and functional impact.

The project offers more than two principal design and furnishing solutions, allowing the client to choose between different atmospheres while maintaining the same base layout and construction logic. Once a room concept is selected, the same design language can be extended naturally to common areas, ensuring a coherent and unified identity throughout the property.

A key element of the concept is the modular headboard wall system, featuring backlit panels available in multiple finishes (wood, textured panels, decorative surfaces, color-treated panels).
This allows the atmosphere of the room to change dramatically—from warm and calm to chic, bold, or contemporary—without altering the room’s volume or layout.

Furniture is designed as a reusable and adaptable system, suitable for all room types and configurations:
*single, double or twin rooms
*layouts with 1, 2 or 3 beds
*options with folding beds or armchairs
*integrated modules for minibar, coffee machine, safe and storage
All furniture elements are conceived for easy maintenance and cleaning, making them ideal for hotel use.

The flooring solution is a high-traffic hotel carpet, selected for acoustic comfort and durability, contributing to a quieter and more comfortable guest experience.

If included in the scope of work, the project can be extended to facade refurbishment, using simple and efficient strategies to create a unified architectural image.

Further development will require a detailed coordination with the client, taking into account site constraints, operational requirements and local regulations.
