Modernization of Bathrooms and Bedrooms & Minor Renovation

In response to the client’s brief, the project focused on transforming the guesthouse into a modern and vibrant space that appeals to a younger audience attending festivals while ensuring it stands out among the many surrounding identical properties. A complete renovation was carried out including full bathroom gutting and redesign with a contemporary aesthetic, complete refurbishment of all bedrooms with a fresh modern approach, and upgrading the corridors with enhanced finishes and indirect lighting to improve the overall spatial experience. Indirect lighting was also integrated in selected bedrooms to create a warm and atmospheric environment. Custom fabrication was developed for bedside tables as well as a built-in cupboard unit in each room designed specifically to conceal the fridge and safe in order to maintain a clean and organized visual appearance. Carefully selected materials were used to balance durability, warmth, and modern appeal including wood flooring in the bedrooms to add comfort and character, Calacatta tiles in the bathrooms for an elegant marble-inspired finish, and travertine flooring in the corridors to introduce natural texture and a refined contemporary identity.
