below we are going to represent our needs.
The flat’s size is about 126 square meters, located on the second floor of a small building, currently the outside of the building and the condominium stairs are already finished while the interior of the flat is in the rough.
The entrance door has opening on the right, the morning light comes from the left of the entrance while in the afternoon the sun moves on the right side of the flat.
On the opposite side of the entrance and at the center of the wall there is the only drain pipe, on the left side there are two balconies and one on the right of the house that makes the house luminous.
We would like a cozy, comfortable and functional home, the right balance between style, elegance and simplicity with a minimalist decor with great attention to detail.
Basic Idea
• Contemporary design;
• Floor: polished parquet (like doussier or similar) for the whole apartment;
• Walls: predominantly white with SOME walls and / or pillars with different shades to create a contrast;
• ceilings: suspended ceilings preferably curve with LED lights in the whole house except the master bathroom where we would like a chandelier;
• Heating: wall heating;
• Furniture: wood color (not white).
Partition
We would like that the apartment will be divided into living and sleeping area.
Needs
1) Small entrance;
2) Office (where to receive customers ensuring privacy from the rest of the house);
3) Living Area:
– Kitchen (preferably on the left side of the apartment) with island and table;
– Living room (sofas and equipped wall) in continuity with the dining area but separated by a wide door (maybe sliding) to preserve the rest of the house by the kitchen smells. No fireplace. relaxing area to watch TV and / or receive guests;
4) Master bedroom (preferably with balcony) with walk in closet;
5) Bedroom for two children and a study area;
6) Master bathroom (bath, bidet, WC and double washbasin), not necessarily large;
7) Second bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet and sink) with small laundry room possibly hidden (the house has a single outlet toilet and this requires that the bathrooms are close);
8) Storage Room (preferably in the kitchen).
