Flat of approximately 110m2, distributed as follows according to the needs required by the client. We clearly separate a day area composed by the hall, a large room with 2 terraces, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located. Another night area (more private) in which, through a distributor annexed to the hall, you can access the bedrooms (one of which is a suite), another two with a bed and a study and storage area, and the second bathroom that serves the rest of the house.
It has been decided to lower all the ceilings by 30 cm (leaving a height of 2.60m) through which the air conditioning and electricity installations will pass. The same flooring has also been chosen for the entire floor, consisting of Quick Step vinyl flooring, which is water-resistant and can also be applied to the wet areas of the house, giving visual continuity to the entire floor. This type of floor also allows us to place all the radiant heating under the flooring.
In terms of finishes, various types of wood, paint and marble are combined, but always giving it a modern and contemporary, yet sophisticated air. A clear example is the cladding that is placed throughout the hall and wall of the living-dining room, integrating the doors of the different rooms with hidden hinges and embedding the lighting in these panels and in the ceiling in the shape of an inverted "L", making a more secondary part of the flat, such as the hall, become one of the elements that most personalises the home.
Natural light has been sought in most of the rooms, leaving only the 2nd bathroom in the interior part of the flat, also due to taking advantage of the downpipes already existing in the house. In this bathroom the laundry and boiler area has been incorporated, but visually separated from the rest.
The bedroom suite becomes another of the features that personalise and give added value to this house. It is a large space that divides the entrance area with a large chest of drawers and mirror, the dressing room area with a large wardrobe that runs the width of the wall, the bedroom area with a king size bed facing a wall of wooden slats that hides all the necessary facilities for TV and data. The wash basin area which opens into the room and consists of a large worktop and mirror with two wash basins on top of the worktop. A large water area with a double shower with two LED illuminated ornacinas and a large jacuzzi.
Finally, the toilet and bidet area is separated by a wall for more privacy. All these areas are separated from each other by glass (more or less translucent depending on the client's taste).
