PROPOSTA A: 4 camere con bagno, zona colazione e ripostiglio, oltre alla proposta zona cucina per la preparazione dei cibi. In questa proposta considero, per le sue dimensioni, 2 camere doppie e 2 singole, anche se le 4 camere hanno spazio per un letto matrimoniale.

PROPOSTA B: 4 camere con bagno, zona colazione e 1 ripostiglio. Per ottenere 3 camere doppie con bagno è stato necessario evitare l'inserimento della cucina, ma è stato possibile aggiungere un piccolo soggiorno. In questa proposta, vista l'ampiezza delle stanze, suggerisco di considerare 3 camere doppie con bagno e 1 camera singola con bagno.

PROPOSTA C: Ha caratteristiche simili alla proposta B, con la differenza che lo spazio nel piccolo soggiorno è occupato da un secondo ripostiglio, per riporre più attrezzi da lavoro.

To obtain 3 double rooms with bathroom it was necessary to avoid the insertion of the kitchen, but it was possible to add a small living room. In this proposal, given the size of the rooms, I suggest considering 3 double rooms with bathroom and 1 single room with bathroom.

PROPOSAL C: It has similar characteristics to proposal B, with the difference that the space in the small living room is occupied by a second cupboard, to store more work tools.
