Modern b&b in Palermo

This design proposal consists of re-designing the current space for future needs of a Modern B&B in Palermo.

The Project has four bedrooms with bathrooms and closets. With natural lighting and ventilation each. Three of the bedrooms have access to its own terrace and the fourth takes advantage of the large window.

It has a common space of 20.54m2, enough space for tables and a breakfast bar. The system also has quite generous access to welcome future guests and a small closet for blankets and utility tools.
