Il progetto presenta due possibili alternative per lo sviluppo della zona cucina:
opzione A: la cucina viene ricollocata di fronte alla vista della grande finestra, liberando spazio per la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno rispetto al balcone.
Opzione B: la cucina rimane sulla stessa parete ma viene spostata, liberando spazio per la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno.

In entrambe le alternative il piccolo bagno viene rimosso per far posto a una camera da letto più ampia e luminosa; uno dei bagni viene riutilizzato per uso privato, collegato a un ampio spogliatoio intimo.

Nel nuovo bagno vengono proposte due opzioni, mantenere la lavanderia all'interno del bagno comune per evitare interventi sul balcone o spostarla sul balcone; entrambe le opzioni funzionano e migliorano l'uso della casa.

The project presents two possible alternatives for the development of the kitchen area:
option A: The kitchen is relocated facing the views of the large window, freeing up space for the dining room and living room in relation to the balcony.
Option B: The kitchen remains on the same wall but is relocated, freeing up space for the dining and living room.

In both alternatives the small bathroom is removed to make room for a larger and brighter bedroom, one of the bathrooms is reused for private use, which is connected to a large intimate dressing room.

In the new bathroom two options are proposed, keep the laundry room inside the common bathroom to avoid interventions on the balcony or move it to the balcony, both options work and improve the use of the house.
