Modern Apartment with Scandinavian details

Based on the main scope of the contest to accommodate a single bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet has been developed in a closed area where the residents can access directly from the main entrance having an anteroom as a further privacy barrier. In addition to the privacy barrier, the anteroom serves as a common space for guests if they are required to use the single bathroom without accessing the bedroom.
The living area has been designed with the minimal design approach having the maximum natural lighting yet with a feature wall backdrop to add more contrast to the environment.
The colour palette has been selected in a neutral tone with shades of beige colour contrasting with timber texture to add depth to the space.
