Il progetto consiste in una rifunzionalizzazione dell’appartamento in modo da adattarlo alle richieste da voi effettuate. Entrando si giunge in un accogliente ingresso con consolle svuota tasche e libreria bifacciale che fa intravedere il living composto dal divano con mobile tv e zona lettura con chaise longue; la cucina è semi open con penisola a vista e zona operativa più separata così da risultare pulita e minimale; inoltre un primo armadio a filo parete consente di stoccare tutto il materiale per la pulizia della casa. Il divano si trasforma facilmente in letto. Il disimpegno conduce poi al bagno che si sviluppa in maniera lineare e funzionale con una prima zona dedicata alla lavanderia. Infine la camera principale dispone di una zona iniziale con cabina armadio separata tramite un pannello scorrevole dalla camera che ospita un letto matrimoniale, mobile con tv e scrivania centro stanza. I controsoffitti con l’illuminazione ad incasso come visibile dalle piante allegate permetto di creare ambienti ben illuminati anche dalla luce artificiale ed inoltre i controsoffitti studiati su più livelli valorizzano gli ambienti principali grazie al gradevole gioco di pieni e vuoti.

The project consists of a re-functionalization of the apartment in order to adapt it to the requests you made. Upon entering, you arrive in a welcoming entrance with a console table and a double-sided bookcase that allows you to glimpse the living room consisting of a sofa with a TV cabinet and a reading area with a chaise longue; the kitchen is semi-open with an exposed peninsula and a more separate working area so as to be clean and minimal; furthermore, a first closet flush with the wall allows you to store all the material for cleaning the house. The sofa easily transforms into a bed. The hallway then leads to the bathroom that develops in a linear and functional way with a first area dedicated to the laundry. Finally, the main bedroom has an initial area with a walk-in closet separated by a sliding panel from the bedroom that houses a double bed, cabinet with TV and desk in the center of the room. The false ceilings with recessed lighting as visible from the attached plans allow you to create well-lit environments even with artificial light and furthermore the false ceilings designed on multiple levels enhance the main environments thanks to the pleasant play of full and empty spaces.
