Description

Dear Client,
Thank you for allowing me to take part in your project.
Other designers will offer you alternatives, so I just wanted to present you with the layout that suits me best and hope that it suits you, too.
I used the television on the longest wall to keep the hall entrance open and placed the sofa bed in front of it. I used a glass separator to let light through, while making the hall feel open. I placed a console with a drawer by the entrance so you can put notes, maps, etc. for your guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave and the sink + dishwasher on the island counter. This allows for a clear, well-organized layout for food preparation, cooking and washing up.
The laundry room has enough space for washer, dryer, dirty basket, detergents, etc. is close to the bathroom for optimise the installation process.
The external storage area was taken space from the large bedroom at the end of the corridor and divided by wood doors that similiar with room doors.
The bedroom has a TV, desk and walk-in closet.
You can see built-in air conditioning vents on ceiling with your instructions that the ceiling height was sufficient.
I used light colours with dark details for contrast. I hope the project meets your expectations. Please get in touch if you have any questions. Best, Merve.
