We want to re-design the layout of rooms to fulfill and go beyond the client's needs. Initially we wanted to put the living room on the south side of the apartment but chose instead to use the north side for living room. We discovered this allows the apartment too have a wonderfully large dining area for daily meals and entertaining guests. We have given each bedroom their own built-in closets. The guest room is an individual room that can be fully opened to serve as a study area for the child as well as a play area/entertainment area. We also have a large laundry room with the client's needs in mind. Our material selection is based on aesthetics and cost. For the bathrooms we use a combination of ceramic tiles and marble(selectively) so the cost will not be over budget. We hope we have a successful proposal for the client.
