Briefing

We spend more time in the living area and kitchen hence would like them to be functional and cosy.

Storage space for two adults (prefer built-in cabinets)

Maximize use of windows as we like the apt to be bright and look out to the greenery

Bathrooms need major revamp ! But the void area (structure of the building) makes it challenging to be creative.bath tub is optional but will consider for master bedroom bathroom

Open wardrobe for master bedroom. Guest room just requires a small closet space.

Planning to knock down the storeroom next to the kitchen to expand the kitchen (see photo of storeroom above)

Looking at gaggenau appliances for kitchen. Don't mind washer dryer in the kitchen.

There is a back door at the end of the living area that I'm planning to keep..exploring concealing it behind a sliding door or panel

Loft style preferred - willing to redo the entire apartment

Just need 2 bedrooms
