Descrizione del progetto
La soluzione proposta prevede una netta separazione tra zona giorno e zona notte, quest’ultima posizionata lungo tutto il lato più corto dell’immobile.
Entrando, subito a destra della porta d’ingresso è stato ricavato un mobile/guardaroba da chiudere eventualmente col riutilizzo degli sportelli dei mobili esistenti.
Percorrendo l’ingresso, totalmente aperto verso la zona giorno, quindi non più completamente buio come nella soluzione ante operam, si trova il primo accesso alla zona notte ed in particolare alla stanza degli ospiti e al bagno di servizio; questa zona è separabile dalla parte “privata” della zona notte attraverso una porta a scomparsa che, a seconda dei gusti della committenza potrebbe essere anche eliminata.
Per la zona notte ho previsto anche una soluzione alternativa, ovviamente più onerosa ma funzionale, con un terzo bagno ad uso esclusivo della cameretta, cosi da isolare completamente la zona notte “privata” da quella per gli ospiti.
La camera patronale è stata pensata con un bagno con vasca a servizio esclusivo, un ampio mobile con scorrevoli e una cassettiera porta tv di fronte al letto che può prevedere il riutilizzo dalla stessa cassettiera d’epoca.
Il corridoio d’ingresso va allargandosi via via procedendo verso la zona giorno e lo stesso avviane in altezza attraverso i controsoffitti sempre più alti; in questa zona ho previsto il posizionamento dello scrittoio d’epoca a destra, e del comodino 40 X 30 con ai lati le due bellissime poltroncine della camera sulla sinistra.
Superata la zona del corridoio d’ingresso si ha la visione totalizzante della zona giorno, con la penisola e le luci pendenti su di essa a mitigare la vista diretta sulla zona cottura.
A sinistra della porta finestra che mette in comunicazione la zona cottura col balcone, trovano spazio in sequenza il frigorifero, la dispensa con la colonna forno e un ampio termocamino visibile anche dalla zona living.
Sulla parete opposta, al di là del tavolo, trova spazio la credenza 180 X 48 o un qualsiasi altro mobile per soggiorno in base ai gusti personali.
In fondo alla zona giorno, più riservato, troviamo la zona relax, col divano spalle alla finestra e di pronte a quest’ultimo la tv e il mobile attrezzato con a fianco la sobria poltrona bergere.
Con accesso dal corridoio o eventualmente dalla zona notte trova spazio anche una comoda e ampia lavenderia/ripostiglio pratica non solo per le funzioni ma anche per la vicinanza, così come per la zona cottura, alla colonna di scarico del bagno della camera.

Description of the project
The proposed solution provides for a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas positioned along the shorter side of the property.
Upon entering, immediately to the right of the entrance door a piece of furniture / wardrobe has been created to be closed possibly with the reuse of the existing furniture doors.
Going through the entrance, totally open to the living area, therefore no longer completely dark as in the ante operam solution, you will find the first access to the sleeping area and in particular to the guest room and the service bathroom; this area can be separated from the "private" part of the sleeping area through a retractable door which, depending on the tastes of the client, could also be eliminated.
For the sleeping area I have also provided an alternative solution, obviously more expensive but functional, with a third bathroom for the exclusive use of the bedroom, so as to completely isolate the "private" sleeping area from that for guests.
The master bedroom has been designed with a bathroom with tub for exclusive service, a large piece of furniture with sliding doors and a TV stand in front of the bed which can be re-used from the same vintage chest of drawers.
The entrance hallway is gradually widening as it continues towards the living area and it starts up in height through the ever higher false ceilings; in this area I planned the positioning of the period desk on the right, and the 40 X 30 bedside table with the two beautiful armchairs of the bedroom on the left.
After passing the entrance corridor area, you have a totalizing view of the living area, with the peninsula and the lights hanging on it to mitigate the direct view of the cooking area.
To the left of the French door that connects the cooking area with the balcony, the refrigerator, the pantry with the oven column and a large fireplace that can also be seen from the living area are located in sequence.
On the opposite wall, beyond the table, there is the 180 X 48 sideboard or any other living room furniture according to personal tastes.
At the back of the living area, more reserved, we find the relaxation area, with the sofa behind the window and ready for the latter, the TV and the piece of furniture equipped with the sober Bergere armchair next to it.
With access from the corridor or possibly from the sleeping area there is also a convenient and large laundry / utility room not only for the functions but also for the proximity, as well as for the cooking area, to the drain column of the bedroom bathroom.
