In this project I wanted to represent optimal solution for your penthouse. It contains combo living dining that can be transformed into second bedroom, spacious kitchen with built in cat house, guest bathroom, main bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and shelves above it and AMAZING outdoor area.
As a great potential I saw a chance to bring colors and feel of beautiful sea ambiance inside - therefore I chose color scheme for your home to be blue, white and grey as color of sand.
Also, I wanted to represent solution for walk in closet and bathroom which are located right next to the bedroom. From the other side of bedroom there's laundry area with washing machine and shelving system for keeping things for apartment maintenance. Besides that, new feature of beautiful home is solar greenhouse at the terrace.
