Description

The apartment keeps the original room distribution, so the renovation will be easier to implement, and the budget will not be affected as much. The living room is the main focus of the house, having an extra big sofa that can be used as a sofa-bed for guests and is somehow separated from the other rooms, even though it is an open space. The dining and kitchen are treated as a room, separated from the living by glass walls, having created visual transparency. The dining and living room opens to the two-sided fireplace, creating a nice atmosphere for both spaces. The bedroom area is on the opposite side of the living room, creating this way clear function segregation. There are two bathrooms, having the original bathroom location, so the vertical plumbing will not be affected, one small bathroom with a shower, and a master bathroom with a bathtub. The terrace is separated into three spaces: the jacuzzi area - covered by a retractable pergola, the barbeque area - opened, and the living-fireplace area - closed by a glasshouse.
