Here are three different design alternatives for you to evaluate and choose base on ‎your preferences. The main goal was to design a fluid space, separating the more ‎public spaces from the private parts with the least intervention possible.‎
The first design alternative provides a spacious living room integrated with an island ‎kitchen. The entrance has an elegant foyer with a wardrobe and a shoe rack and a ‎seating place. The guest room could be accessed through the entrance and its vicinity ‎to a bathroom make it more convenient for the guests. The studio is also could be ‎reached easily from the entrance without disturbing private spaces in which the ‎bedrooms are located. The kids’ room is spacious and it could be divided by two ‎separate spaces at any time, using bifold doors.‎
In the second design alternative, the kitchen is placed near the bedroom in order to ‎support them from a closer proximity. Also, by adding the southeast room to the ‎combination, the living room and the kitchen grow larger and enjoy the maximum ‎space possible‎
