Description

The new design has kept the bathrooms and laundry areas in the upper part of the apartment which will not cause technical problems when implementing since in the original plan, the bathrooms are also in the same zone.

The entrance is semi closed; it is defined by the closets (coat hanger and shoes storage). From the entrance, one can access the living and dining areas and continue to the open kitchen with the island in the middle. In the living area, a wall TV unit with shelves covers the whole wall. A small reading zone inside the living area is a cozy corner which can also be added to the sitting area and have a large reception space.
The entrance also leads to the guest room/office and service areas (guest wc and laundry room).
The night zone in the apartment comprises of a master bedroom with a walk in closet and a bathroom and one large kids' bedroom which can be divided into 2 smaller rooms. Dividing the kids' bedroom is not a problem: A door can be easily added in the wall and a small portion of CMU wall can be added to close off the separation.
At the end of the corridor there's a bathroom with a tiled shower area and a niche.

As for the air conditioning systems:
The two options shown in the attachments are a central AC system and separate AC split units.
The gypsum false ceiling is shown only in the central system option. It is drawn to show how the ducts can be configured.
