Il progetto mantiene i due ingressi all’alloggio, quello dall’ascensore accede direttamente al soggiorno mentre quello dal corpo scale, di servizio, accede tramite un corridoio al punto di snodo tra zona giorno e zona notte. Il soggiorno si sviluppa orizzontalmente con un mobile basso che ospita la tv davanti alla zona divani/chaise longue. Verso le finestre la divisione diventa più leggera, una pannellatura divide la sala da pranzo ma non arriva a tutta altezza in modo da lasciar passare la luce. La cucina è delimitata da un sistema di ante scorrevoli che possono essere chiuse oppure lasciate aperte per mettere in comunicazione i due ambienti. All’interno, come da vostra richiesta, viene posizionato un tavolo, rotondo, da quattro posti. Nella zona giorno trovano posto tre pezzi di arredamento esistenti: i cassettoni, la console e il secretair nell’angolo riservato a sinistra dell’ingresso, una libreria passante tra il muro e il pilastro delimita una piccola zona studio.
La lavanderia fa da antibagno, opportunamente dotata di armadiature può mascherare completamente la sua funzione all’ospite che accede al bagno durante il giorno. Vengono definite quattro camere da letto, una singola, una matrimoniale e due doppie. La singola può essere utilizzata per un aiuto domestico oppure per gli ospiti con un divano letto. La camera matrimoniale è una vera e propria suite con cabina armadi e bagno interno dotato di vasca da bagno. Le altre due camere hanno la metratura per essere camere doppie, si potrebbe valutare di utilizzarne una come studio in attesa di ampliare la famiglia. Potrebbe essere arredata con i rimanenti pezzi d’arredo che avete a disposizione, la libreria di Albini, lo scrittoio e un divano per un secondo punto tv più riservato. Il disimpegno della zona notte ha un ampio respiro al punto che può comodamente ospitare il vostro bellissimo tavolo ovale con un punto luce a sospensione d’effetto. Il terzo bagno è pensato con box doccia ma potrebbe ospitare una vasca a seconda delle vostre abitudini.
L’appartamento è molto interessante così come i pezzi che avete da recuperare, sono certa che con un progetto approfondito potremmo ottimizzare questa progettazione di massima ed arrivare ad un ottimo risultato studiando gli impianti, la climatizzazione, la domotica, le finiture e gli arredi.

The project maintains the two entrances to the apartment, the one from the elevator accesses directly into the living room, while the one from the service stairs leads through a corridor to the junction point between the living and the sleeping area. The living room develops horizontally with a low piece of furniture with TV in front of the sofa / chaise longue area. Towards the windows the division becomes lighter, a paneling divides the dining room but does not reach full height in order to let the light pass. The kitchen is bordered by a system of sliding doors that can be closed or left open to put the two rooms in communication. Inside, as your request, a table is placed, round, four places. In the living area there are three pieces of existing furniture: the drawers, the console and the secretair in the reserved corner to the left of the entrance, a library passing between the wall and the pillar delimits a small study area.
The laundry is an anti-bathroom, appropriately equipped with wardrobes can completely mask its function to the guest who accesses the bathroom during the day. Four bedrooms are defined, one single, the master one and two double. The single can be used for domestic help or for guests with a sofa bed. The master bedroom is a real suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub. The other two rooms are double rooms, you could consider using one as a studio waiting to expand the family. It could be furnished with the remaining pieces of furniture you have, the Albini bookcase, the desk and a sofa for a second more reserved TV point. The disengagement of the sleeping area is very big, you can comfortably accommodate your beautiful oval table with a light suspension. The third bathroom is designed with shower but could accommodate a bathtub depending on your habits.
The apartment is very interesting as well as the pieces you have to recover, I am sure that with a detailed project we could optimize this rough design and achieve an excellent result by studying the systems, air conditioning, home automation, finishes and furnishings.
