Two layouts were proposed for the space.
The first layout consists of two small apartments, each with a double bedroom and a spacious walk-in closet. They include a living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The second layout utilizes the entire space to create a three-bedroom apartment, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. It also includes a shared bathroom for two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry area.

Both proposals, the smaller and larger apartments, are designed to maximize natural light and ventilation.
To save costs, the design opted to remove as few walls as possible. The bathrooms were located near existing plumbing to avoid creating a new sanitary and water pipe network.
