Micro Living: progetto monolocali modulari in centro

This project offered the opportunity to explore different optimized design alternatives. Based on your request, the proposal has been developed in three main scenarios:
1. Preservation of the existing stepped/mezzanine space, maintaining the current levels without structural modifications.
2. Use of the same space as a storage area, keeping it excluded from the main residential layout.
3. A third option, potentially more cost-effective in the long term, which would require coordination with the contractor to evaluate costs: the removal of the mezzanine/ceiling, allowing the creation of one additional studio unit.

Design Alternatives
For the first request – the creation of independent studio units,
six design alternatives were developed. Each option is presented in the boards with clear indications of features, layout, and surface areas, allowing an easy comparison between solutions.
For the second request – configuration as guest rooms (affittacamere),
the layout was designed in accordance with your preference, considering the space with steps and mezzanine as a shared/common area, while maintaining functional and regulatory compliance.

Design Approach
To better communicate the concept of modular, space-efficient furniture and the modern, minimal style requested, rendered views have been produced and included, helping to visualize the spatial quality and functional flexibility of the proposed solutions.
