Description

Dear Customer,
the final goal of the contest, namely to create a single apartment given by the union of two smaller ones within the same floor, has been reached by studying and solving various present problems at present.
The greatest difficulties stemmed from the arrangement of the openings located all on the same side and the presence of various load-bearing walls bound by a structural and regulatory point of view.
Keeping the main entrance as the one on the left side of the building, we designed the entire home so that all the main environments of the house had a natural source of pertinence or as in the case of the service bathroom, a front window at the door access to the same.
The first room of the house is the entrance, not too narrow in the meter, illuminated by a relevant window and featured in furniture with a low pocket and / or hatch cover. On the left side there is a double glazed sliding glass door that leads directly to the environment dedicated to the study or office area. This door has been designed in the light of a good supply of light even whenever there is a need for greater privacy.
Wwe continue to meet the living area, where according to the initial requests we have studied an interior layout that emphasizes or importance to the fireplace, intended as the main furnishing element, designed to give elegance and intimacy to the room in convivial moments. To this end, facing us, we have two comfortable 3-seater sofas, interposed between them with a design ground light, which transmits a warm and relaxing light to the environment. The existing wall niches were retained, a visual separation was more than structured with the dining room. To do this, we used a day-to-day bookcase.
Inside the dining room was a pantry area, using the useful space with a low bed resting on the long wall of the room and opting for an eight-oval table, taking into account the minimum and functional spaces for a proper movement of the diners.
The kitchen looks downward tilting on the blind walls of the room, enriched by a breakfast peninsula and constantly illuminated by its own window of pertinence.
The living area ends with the presence of a bathroom, inside which there is a laundry area with sink and washer dryer.
Accessing the sleeping area, we will encounter a second living area, which can be used as a guest room thanks also to the presence of a retractable ceiling drawer as a connecting element between the wall mounted behind the chaise longue and the wall of the couch bed.
The two single bedrooms have both been designed with private bathrooms and a large and functional wardrobe with desk and bookcase.
The patron room has been subdivided into three areas, making the most of the potential of the large space available to us. By justifying this subdivision by creating a wardrobe and a private bathroom, spacious and comfortable for use at the same time as the couple. The above-mentioned environments are interconnected by means of sliding doors.
At the end of the project we decided to devote a large space to a wellness area, accessible both from the patron room and from the rest of the house. The room includes a 4-person Jacuzzi bath tub, a sauna with an emotional shower, and a mobile bar at the end.
