The project is taking the maximum from the existing layout trying to keep as much of the existing walls and to make delicate interventions in order to improve the overall functional separation. Despite that, all of the client's requirements are satisfied and no compromise with them is done. The floor plan development is harmonious, with well organised functional zones, preserving the spaciousness of the rooms which a big apartment like this deserves. What is more, every accommodation with living function has direct daylight. According to me, this is the best solution that I found so far after trying so many different options. Hope you like it too.
