The parking for 3 cars, technical facilities are placed into the basement. The driveway by the west of the house leads from the basement ramp to the gates on the west side of the property. The master bedroom entails a separate block together with the wardrobe and the bathroom. The master bedroom's windows face the East in order to get the first sun beams into the room space. Two bedrooms and the study face the West. The entrance also located on the west and has the window on the south side of the house. It equipped with puffs and a small sofa next to the closet. The walkway by the bedrooms leads to the one more closet and laundry behind the sliding door. The secondary bathroom is just in front of the bedrooms' doors. Vast scale of the common volume of the living room and kitchen expands through wide sliding windows onto the terraces that are protected from teh sun by automated textile awnings.
Roof incline is 20 degrees. Bioclimatically designed house has no windows on the north side and wide glassed openings onto the east-west walls in order to accumulate the solar passive heat in winters. Minimalistic style of the house is highlited by several traditional features of traditional architecture: ceramic tile, tuscan columns on the terrace and stone cladding on the pediment walls.
