The house I am proposing is on the same place and with the same dimensions you suggested. I changed only the entrance from the street, so that you don't have to cut down trees for the outdoor ramp to the basement.

I am proposing a house with light steel frame structure and light colors, french windows - big sliding windows on the west side to the barbecue outdoor area and gabion cladding.
