The concept was derived from the idea of creating open, modern and functional spaces, yet warm, comfortable and filled with light.
Therefore the central space of the house is opened up with the gallery, where the dining room is placed in the very heart of the building, and allows for great visual communication from the floor above.
The living room is placed inside the newly added space, where the old terrace was located. In addition to living room, there is also a new large terrace that contains the swimming pool.
The basement is organised in such a manner that allows many different usage scenarios. There is recreational/entertainment, to service/utility rooms. There is also a sauna and a bathroom with a shower, that are accessible directly from the pool deck outside.
Living rooms are spacious, and comfortable, and also contains supplemental functions, besides just sleeping (for example, there are study areas inside each room).
