So, considering that house work is still planned, I suggest moving the kitchen. For the necessary installations (water, electricity, discharge), it will be outside. I recommend replacing the gas stove with an induction cooker, which does not require ventilation holes. For a better Swedish design effect, it would be best to overlay the floor to have a floating lightweight flooring (in rendering you keep the floor you exist). Custom made furniture is few and simple to realize. You can put glass walls to separate the entrance from the living room, but they are not advised. I hope this project meets its approval.
