Il progetto propone una rivisitazione degli spazi a piano terra, nell'idea di creare un unico ambiente giorno.
Partendo dall'ingresso si propone l'abbattimento della parete in vetromattone e di parte di quella lato bagno che viene in parte sostituita da una lastra in vetro, per consentire un ampliamento visivo verso la cucina, e contemporaneamente creare l'appoggio per una panca, che insieme al contenitore alto posto sulla parete del bagno consentono di qualificare e allo stesso tempo sfruttare lo spazio.
Procedendo lato cucina, sono stati eliminati muretto ed arco, aprendo completamente la cucina verso il soggiorno. Sono stati sistemati gli arredi di proprietà con una scomposizione degli elementi lavello/fuochi per consentire l'utilizzo degli attacchi acqua e gas esistenti, il che comporterà l'onere di un nuovo top. Ai terminali sono stati inseriti due nuovi contenitori alti, con la profondità dei pensili. Frontalmente è stata inserita la serie di colonne frigo/forno a seguire altri due contenitori bassi sui quali poggia un comodo piano snack.
Al pranzo si è voluto dare maggiore rilievo spostandolo fuori dalla zona operativa della cucina, inserendo un ampio tavolo allungabile, in uno spazio intermedio tra cucina e soggiorno, individuato da due elementi in cartongesso che incorniciano una parete in pietra, il tutto da qualificare con una adeguata illuminazione.
La zona soggiorno prevede l'inserimento di una libreria a tutta altezza , che si collega alla scala, con una panca contenitore da realizzare in cartongesso. Frontalmente è stata inserita la piccola parete attrezzata porta tv presente in cucina e altri due moduli libreria. Al centro un divano modulare che renda godibile l'ambiente da qualunque angolazione.
Si propone di intervenire sulla scala eliminando il corrimano in ferro e inserendo lato ingresso una protezione in vetro a tutta altezza.
Per uniformare il tutto, si propone che i nuovi arredi siano di colore bianco e dove presente legno chiaro.
Al piano superiore è stata inserita la vasca all'interno del bagno e non essendo richieste altre modifiche si è fatta una proposta di arredo delle camere nell'idea di sfruttare al meglio gli spazi, creando un ambiente sobrio e confortevole.

By proceeding to the kitchen side, the wall and arch were removed, completely opening the kitchen towards the living room. Property furnishings have been fitted with a split of sink / fires to allow the use of existing water and gas attacks, which will entail the burden of a new top. Two new high-capacity containers were fitted to the terminals, with the depth of the wall cabinets. The fridge / oven column series has been inserted at the front to follow two other low containers on which a comfortable snack top rest.
At lunchtime, he wanted to give more relief by moving it out of the kitchen area by inserting a large extending table in an intermediate space between the kitchen and living room, identified by two plasterboard elements framing a stone wall, all to be qualified with a adequate lighting.

It is proposed to intervene on the ladder by removing the iron handrail and inserting a full-height glass guard at the entrance side.
To match everything, it is proposed that the new furnishings are white and where there is light wood.
Upstairs, the bath was inserted in the bathroom and no other changes were made, a room furnishing proposal was proposed in the idea of ​​making the best use of the spaces, creating a sober and comfortable environment.
